Dana Ardi

Founded by Dr. Dana Ardi, Corporate Anthropology Advisors has touched the lives of thousands of executives in hundreds of companies.  Ardi’s twenty-five years of experience and global network give her the ability to map the competition and talent in unexpected ways, bringing companies the most creative and competitive human capital solutions possible.

An expert in the fields of talent management, organizational design, recruiting, assessment, and leadership, Dr. Ardi creates enhanced value in companies by matching the most sought after talent with the best opportunities.  

She also coaches senior management, boards, and investors on the art and science of building high caliber teams, providing them with the skills to attract top-level management, design ideal organizational structures, and deploy people against strategy

Dr. Ardi has served as a Partner/Managing Director at CCMP Capital and JPMorgan Partners, and was a Partner at Flatiron Partners.  Earlier in her career, she was an operating executive at R. R. Donnelly & Sons and at McGraw-Hill.  She also has a background managing and leading executive search firms.

Dr. Ardi served on the board of AMC Entertainment Inc. from 2009 until the company’s sale in 2012.  She is an officer at the Creative Arts Council of the Museum of Modern Art, New York City, and a member of the Royal Society of the Arts.  She is part of the Leadership Council of the New York Foundation of the Arts as well.

Dr. Ardi has a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a masters degree and doctorate in education from Boston College.
